| Remarks | I was driving southbound on I-95 around Fredericksburg VA, and this thing nearly made me drive off the road because it was so unexpected. I even asked my meager following on Facebook (around 200 friends) if anyone had seen or knew of anyone that had seen it, nada. Sorry it took so long to report, I was unaware of this website. |
