I don’t know what a terminal flash or fragmentation mean but if I had to guess I would have said yes to the questions but was not sure. It was the biggest, brightest I have ever seen. We called it a shooting star and I’m reporting before researching if that is correct terminology. Thank you for compiling information. I’m interested if anyone else saw it & if you all have more information about this event?
