| Remarks | There were definitely clouds in parts of the sky. Because of town lights, it wasn't clear whether the meteor was behind clouds. Sirius was visible to the west of the fireball and obviously dimmer, but I don't have a good sense of how bright it actually was. It was in the SSW and fell almost perpendicular to the horizon but was at a slight angle. |
