Reports Report 996d (Event 996-2013)

Observer
Name Joe S
Experience Level 5/5
Remarks This fireball was seen through overcast skies - only handful of stars were visible at the time (in semi-clear patches). We were hanging around this dark site waiting for clearing so we could observe, which happened around 11:30 pm EDT (approximately an hour after the fireball). The actual brightness, in a clear sky, probably would have been a couple of magnitudes greater!
