I was in my bedroom looking out the window. We face a golf course behind our house. It was just coming light / early dawn. All of a sudden I saw a bright light appear in the sky. My husband who was next to me but was facing the opposite direction heard me say..."what is THAT?" He didn't turn around but asked what. I carried on watching the light. I appeared like a large tear drop shape, the brightest of white. We see a lot of planes out out bedroom window and this was much larger in size than a large plane heading to Chicago airport. I watched it travel across my line of vision, at an angle until it dropped behind the horizon and trees obscured its final landing place. I expected to hear a loud bang when it hit the land, but there was no sound. I immediately began searching to see if I could find out if anyone else had seen what I had and what it was. Today (Saturday 22nd) 2 days later, my news feed produced a message that an Iowa man had seen what I had and he had a video. What he saw was definitely what I saw, but I had a better view!! I just wish I had a video now. |
