I was working on the Forest at the time and taking a GPS reading. I was having difficulty picking up satellites and just happened to look up at the sky to see if something could be interfering with the signal when I caught sight of this object shooting across the sky. I've never seen anything like this in daylight before and am hoping you can tell me what it was. Thanks for having this website!

It looked like a vapor trail that covered the sky as much as I could see. (I was in the trees). Very defined at first and slowly dissipating with upper level winds.
