Reports Report 3764s (Event 3764-2022)

Observer
Name Kevin N
Experience Level 4/5
Remarks I have made AMS reports in the past (I was lucky enough to witness a fall that was later recovered!) and this time I was careful to note and record every detail for the report in the moments following the event. Unfortunately it appears the compass on my phone was about 40° off, so I was forced to just guess the compass angle of the fall the next morning, so that aspect of my report I s very inaccurate. In the future I will scratch I line in the dirt and then take a minute to calibrate the compass before recording. I wrote 180° in my report but my compass initially showed 141-142°. At 142°, the meteor wasn’t even on the correct side of the highway that I was driving on. (It fell to the right side of the the road from my perspective.)
