Reports Report 4188bh (Event 4188-2022)

Observer
Name James B
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I just happened to walk out of my garage and see this. I do try to catch meteor showers whenever I can, but this was pure luck and the most spectacular fireball I've ever seen. It was so bright and went so long and so low on the horizon that I expected to hear actual reports/booms. really happy I got to see it!

Remarks Fireball went low on horizon and behind a nearby tree. Several bright flashes then illuminated the southeast portion of the surrounding sky.
Fragmentation

Remarks Saw at least 2, possibly more fragments right before it went behind aforementioned tree. Saw the flashes, thought I heard a very distant and faint popping noise, but can't be certain on that at all.
