Reports Report 4171p (Event 4171-2022)

Observer
Name Jonathan G
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I weirdly/luckily have seen a lot of these in my life, maybe 10 - 15 or so. I’m 45. I actually saw another one only about 2 weeks prior which I reported on nz - report a meteor. I have seen them driving, one from my house window in the daytime, several while out Aurora photographing. This one was perhaps the longest sustaining one I’ve seen at about 4 - 5 seconds. I see this one was well documented, even photographed, and above Canterbury. Hopefully someone finds it if it made landfall, although seems unlikely.
