| Terminal flash | |
|---|---|
| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | Bright disintegrating flashing fireball. All of the parts ceased producing light generally at the same time. |
| Fragmentation | |
|---|---|
| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | Having been alerted to a bright light shining in my vicinity such as a helicopter spotlight might make, I looked over my left shoulder and the fireball came into my line of sight from behind the foliage of a large tree to my east. Vivid, thick, bright yellow orange and then terminating very shortly in fragmentation. Fragments of several sizes all of which went dark nearly simultaneously. |
