Reports Report 4407a (Event 4407-2022)

Observer
Name Anthony W
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks When it came into the atmosphere, I waited a few seconds, realized what it was then started the count to 13 Mississippi until It returned to space, then it just looked like a fast satellite (changed color to about 6k kelvin) for about 1 second then a big flash of orangish white, like it was skipping on top of the atmosphere, then continued into space until it was to small for me to track. It Immediately caught my eye and I wasn’t even looking up. You couldn’t miss it! Absolutely beautiful and breathtaking with a hint of concern hahah. It was roughly 5-10x the size and speed of what a satellite appears to be. It had a pretty obvious sparky/flame trail. Super clear view and super clear skies! If you have any more questions, I’d be happy to help. I feel very blessed to have been able to witness that. I’ve stared at the stars damn near every night since I was a kid (when the clouds allow it) and never imagined I’d get to experience anything like this in my lifetime. What an amazing experience!
