Reports Report 5456a (Event 5456-2022)

Observer
Name Daniel W
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I feel the light spots shown are coming from the back of the trees (from the southeast), rather than on the visible side of the trees, due to the fact that nothing else seem to be lit up in view of the camera. After checking security footage around the same time of day, a (barely) visible meteor trail was seen off in the distance, that ended with a (much less intense) bang. The time stamp was exactly the same time of day, but on the morning of the 25th. On the morning of the 23rd, just a minute later than the other two event times of day, a portion of the roof of an agricultural building lit up, then what appeared to be a very small object dropped down very fast (no sound). 42 seconds later, that same morning, a flash of light is seen near that same building, followed by a subtle but clear 'bang' sound. Initially we thought the larger event was some type of manmade explosion (Homemade bomb, transformer, etc.), but after finding these other events I felt it made sense to report it as a possible meteor breaking up near the ground. Please note that the video was captured with a 4K security camera, and it seems as though it's best viewed with a 4k monitor. As of yet no fragments or damage has been found in the large fields to the southeast.

Remarks Loud explosion. Security Camera does not do it justice according to witness who was awake. Sound seemed to be coming from the East, and very close. Uncertain if delay was due to distance, or audio/video out of sync at the time.
