I have seen shooting stars and smaller objects in the night sky especially since I live near a large city this was much larger and very bright than anything I've seen before. Also the time could have been anywhere between 8:00 p.m. and approximately 9:00 p.m. Central Time. There was a trail and then a large ball in the northern sky and then it just disappeared
