Reports Report 1546b (Event 1546-2013)

Observer
Name Tom B
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks Viewed while out with friends from the patio of The Family Dog, (which is a pub here in Atlanta), but I haven't so much as touched a drop of alcohol in months and last night was no different. So I can assure you I was sober as a bird when I saw it.
