| Remarks | My time is precise within 5 minutes - I noticed it through our conservatory window as we were waiting for a TV programme (which finished at 10:00) to be streamable. I thought it was somebody on the hill behind our house, setting off a distress flare or firework (which would be very unusual - we're in a remote area) until I saw the BBC news reports this morning. The only significant habitation west of us is on Jura & Islay, so there may not be any sightings further west, but it was still very bright as it passed. |
