Reports Report 6109aub (Event 6109-2022)

Observer
Name Deborah N
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks All previous reports of this meteor seem to think it crashed in the sea near Islay. We were north of this and saw it continue further north before it died out. It actually fizzled out to nothing whilst still in the air, rather than going out of view. It seemed very close. We could see that it was an actual object burning up with an irregular tail rather than a streak of light. It definitely landed North and slightly west of the Ross of Mull. I may have got the time slightly wrong.
