From the point I was standing the event was easy to locate. It began just 2 or 3 degrees to the right of Dubhe in Ursa Major. Descending to the right at about 35- 40 degree angle terminating at about 35 degrees above the horizon. Unfortunately I didn't witness the entire event, so my time frame my beginning to termination will be inaccurate.
