Reports Report 1683a (Event 1683-2013)

Observer
Name Jeffrey G
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks Between 9:00pm-10:00pm on may 19, 2013 I saw what was I think a meteor, but definitely to my eyes a fire ball of some sort. It flew as far as I could see to the east over my head, and as far as i could see to the west. As it flew over my head, it was low enough for me to clearly hear it crackling or burning up and i could visibly see a fire ball passing over my head an go west as far as I could see until I could no longer see or hear it. It lasted between 5-7seconds. That's about how long I could estimate it flying across the sky from one side to the other.
