Remarks Sighting occured while camping at the Texas renaissance festival in todd mission Texas (magnolia tx) Surroundings were loud and may have covered possible booms. Low lying partly cloudy skies. Several other witnesses across campgrounds with verbal confirmation. From my perspective, the meteor seemed only a few miles away and low flying, above/parallel to TX state highway 105 (Plantersville, tx) I hope this helps and others report 🙂

Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks Appeared very low in sky for any typical meteor I've ever seen before. Long bright green tail trailed for 1-2 seconds. A bright, white and green flash formed the head that pulsed a few times and lasted for 1-1.5 seconds before disappearing. A thin, greenish, oval shaped "halo" formed around explosion with "air gap" in front of brightest part. No fragmentation seen, though pulsing brightness may indicate some breakup occured but stayed close together.
