| Remarks | I am revising my former report (Pending Report #287698) with a more accurate time estimate (1829). Sky was getting dark and overcast with fine mist, and the glow was bright enough to glow very brightly through the foggy sky. The bright ball fell quickly almost vertically and had a very brief tail that also glowed through the mist but the tail did not persist. The length of time was very short, perhaps 1/2 to one one second. |
