Remarks I was looking down walking north. I saw a bright flash up and over my right shoulder/head. By the time I looked up the initial flash was fading and the train was coming into view. The train quickly faded afterwards. I stood waiting for a few minutes waiting to see if there was a follow up. Nothing else observed.
