Was driving at the time of the fireball and saw it heading in the direction of nearby airport; first thoughts went to plane in trouble but it burned out right before going behind trees. Color was pale green to a light cream. Only caught short glimpse and it seemed to expand and brighten rapidly andthen fade just as quickly.
