Reports Report 1835e (Event 1835-2013)

Observer
Name Grant H
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks This fireball moved silently, but very quickly, the speed I observed left me to believe that this was not a jet/afterburner (I'm former US Air Force - though not a pilot) The object moved from the North horizon toward the south but seemed to burn out before losing much altitude... though I would say it was losing some altitude... The colors and texture of light gave me the impression it was burning... I immediately thought it was a very large, close meteor, that burned itself up close to the earth's ssurface.
