Reports Report 8060cl (Event 8060-2022)

Observer
Name Dan L
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I was sitting in the driver’s seat of my parked car looking due East, the exact direction of the fireball falling to Earth. From my perspective the flash of white light preceded the fireball falling in the sky. Initially I believed I witnessed a flash of lightning. Cloud cover diffused the bright white flash. The fireball broke out below the cloud cover. I was confused by witnessing fire in the sky, and a bit scared wondering if more of whatever fell to Earth would be followed by more fire falling from the sky.
