| Remarks | This is a corrected report. I was able to verify iPhone location data for an accurate location and time for when the event occurred. I was driving southbound 95 from Washington DC, just past the IKEA. The event was witnessed by a passenger in the vehicle who was also startled by the sudden flash, which entered vision just offset the highway, and terminated a nominal distance to the west. |
