| Remarks | My fiance and I just happened to be sitting in the garage, facing southward when it appeared above the treeline. She saw it as well. It lasted only a second or two. The meteorite was bright green with a tail of yellow and white sparks. It looked very close to my location, and I actually braced for an explosion, but there was no sound. I stood still and waited for a BOOM for a few seconds, but there was nothing. |
