Remarks Lasted only about 3 seconds...( 1st) it appeared out of ugly clouds...and maintained its height straight across the sky (2nd&3rd) had a sudden change in angle of perception and it appeared to suddenly drop from the sky at an angle greater than 45degrees in rapid descent it seemed to fizzle or sputter the very end
