Reports Report 185b (Event 185-2023)

Observer
Name Elizabeth S
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks This was the largest fireball I have seen. I tried to pull over and take a video but by the time I was able, it had burned out. Had a large orange tail. I have seen smaller ones shooting downward, but this one was almost going straight. Later, I'm like "was that a plane on fire." I saw it while driving and it was over two pastures, so I saw it very well. So sorry I could not get a good picture or video in time.
