| Remarks | When I was driving north on Lakeshore drive, just out of the corner of my left eye (west of me traveling). I saw this amazing long Orange Fire in the sky heading south and some of the reflection I could see off the lake. I stopped my car and rolled the window down and zoomed my camera - which I didnt realize that I was taking the photo close to some trees. The picture is not the best, but right in the center you can see something. But once I noticed the flash went off, I just sat there and watched it somewhat fade away, but it turned into a little white light and then gone. I have seen several shuttles and rockets go up, but that is always straight up and in the eastern sky - this was for sure something different! Again, my photo isnt the best but it was a quick decision on my end. |
