Name Kurt F
Experience Level 4/5
Remarks I fish at night and see many meteors at night and this was top 3. I was scared and confused because of its immense nature. This happens basically because these particular ones are just way out of the ordinary and almost seem dangerous like a missle so the natural reaction is fear I think of the unknown. This one in particular was the first I've seen at that low of an angle to the horizon and it was the fattest or the widest I've ever seen. It may have been simply because it was so close. I think it was just out over the block island sound just north west of gosmans dock
