Remarks Video is a clip from my dashcam on my windshield. Timestamp on the video is UTC (based on GPS). I was traveling West on HWY-79 and just crossed the toll-130 (traveling from Hutto TX to Round Rock, TX). I believe the object had a greener tint to my eye than shows up in the video. Note that there was some fog.
