Saw a few while on Vessels at sea...( Merchant Marines) OS to Master Captain ...And other Unexplained ? Sky and underwater. This was one of the brightest and colorful one I've seen. No Rocket Launch! ( It was going Wrong way)! Witnessed by 4 people.. greenish color with Tail. Really cool and fast...
