Reports Report 1299l (Event 1299-2023)

Observer
Name Lisa R
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks Completely out of nowhere, brightest natural light (like a star or the moon) I have seen this close to the earth, brighter then the moon. Bright neon green rectangular object that started halfway from the ground to the top of the sky, and ended just above the tree line. Light lasted about 3 seconds and disappeared. Was driving northbound, when I looked out the passenger window and saw the light from the entirety from the passenger window.
