I didn't immediately recognize it as a shooting star because it was so big. I could see it in 3 dimensions which was wild. For a moment, It looked like a meteor that might hit albany. It lasted way longer than any shooting star.

Fragmented into yellow green and red. I could see it burning across the sky and thought it was going to hit the ground. After it broke up one large piece and a few smaller pieces fell below the horizon.
