I had been visiting a friend at the address provided for witnessing the event. They have a security camera on their back deck. It is not pointed at the sky, but in the direction of the event. It recorded a brief brightening of the sky at the time of the event. I have not secured a copy of this yet.

I cannot state that the sound was connected to the event, only that it occurred moments after. It sounded far off, but was a definite 'boom' and it appeared to come from the direction where I lost sight of the light.
