Reports Report 2361g (Event 2361-2023)

Observer
Name Will B
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks The overall duration was somewhere between 10-15 seconds from when i initially spotted what I thought was an aircraft until the last of the fragments went into dark flight. Possibly space junk, as its speed across the sky was relatively slow. However, it’s certainly not normal for space debris to enter over central United States.

Remarks Initially looked about like a comet with a bright leading edge and a glowing tail. Or perhaps a plane with a landing light beaming through thin clouds. It then fragmented into dozens of pieces and they separated into a fairly large field of debris.
