| Remarks | There was a streetlight in my field of vision when I saw the fireball, in fact the fireball appeared directly above the streetlight from my perspective. I’m sure this affected my perception of brightness and color of the fireball, but that also makes it all the more impressive to me that it was as bright as it was in that context. I’m also feeling uncertain about how far above the horizon it ended because there was a tall tree right where I saw it end. I was so thrilled to discover your website so I could report it, see all the others’ reports of this event, and learn more about fireballs.
