It was bright. Difficult to gage the intensity in full daylight. It was low on the horizon from my vantage point. I was driving on the highway at 70 mph when I saw it. Almost looked like a comet.

Remarks
It appeared to flash brighter just before it disappeared. There was a green tail on the ball, typical of a meteor, but it was fairly wide and bright.
