As bright as a normal daytime plane contrail, and very consistent. Opposite side of the sky from the full moon. Lingered for 45 seconds, dissapeared completely. Fuckin beautiful.

I noticed one very large flash that lit up the area I was walking through with my headlight on - so it must have been quite a thing. Looked up and saw the blue train shining bright and steady and watched as it faded away.
