Reports Report 3848e (Event 3848-2023)

Observer
Name Erik J
Experience Level 4/5
Remarks I was in an ascending hot air balloon with a dozen other people at the time. We were at about 1000 ft. altitude at the time so it made the meteor easier to see. However, my unfamiliarity with Far North Queensland and my disorientation being in a balloon's basket means I couldn't be more precise with my measurements nor get a photo/video quickly.
