Reports Report 488a (Event 488-2005)

Observer
Name Joe-mar Wayne U
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks A couple of people also saw it, as there was many people outside during a celebration with a neighbor. I saw it while I was about to join in, I thought it was strange that they were using fireworks since its just a birthday, but I realized that it was going on a weird angle and that it was completely silent aside from the people reacting to seeing it.
