Reports Report 5869u (Event 5869-2023)

Observer
Name Lanette R
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I was driving so didn't hear anything and the time might be off by a couple minutes. It was extremely bright and caught my attention in an otherwise dark blue, starless sky. I've seen meteor showers but nothing like this it was colorful and sudden. The angles may be off this is to my best recollection. Best I can say is that it was to the right of my rearview mirror and it dropped down almost immediately southward/southwest but disappeared before it reached the horizon.
