First time I've seen a meteor that was streaking down for long time like that (longer than a split-second, at least) leaving a bright illuminated trail behind it that slowly faded away. Was pretty neat!

I saw a bright flash 1st, and looked up and saw big bright meteor streaking down for a few seconds, going east to west.
