| Remarks | Without doubt the brightest and longest meteor/shooting star I have ever witnessed. At 16.50 it was a way off being fully dark (approaching dusk) which is a first for me, all previous sighting have been very fleeting and in darkness. My wife also witnessed the event. We were driving at the time. A wonderful, once in a lifetime type of event. |
