Remarks I have only once before seen a meteor (if that is what it was) this large, and this is the only one I have seen with this much of a color other than white.

Remarks When I first saw it, it was like a single light, at first I thought an airplane light, but it ended in a roughly circular flash maybe 3 degrees in radius.
