Remarks I only saw it because I was flying a drone for my dogs to chase. After an initial flash which I didn't witness directly but it drew my attention I saw the most amazing band of coloured light across the sky. I was awestruck by just how bright, colourful and wide it was. Hands down the most visually impressive event I've ever seen in the night sky. It seemed to hang there for a fee seconds but then just collapsed and dissipated very quickly. I waited for a bang but it never came, it was moving extremely fast, after the flash I looked over and it had already passed through and formed the tail which was still just expanding and glowing intensely . Absolutely beautiful. Like something from a movie!!
