i was just looking at some planes flying by and it came out of nowhere. this felt like a life changing event for me and it actually made me cry i love space. also after 10 minutes it started to smell like fireworks went off

looked like a very dark reddish cloud. lighter than the dark sky but still barely visible. it felt like a spot you’d see after looking at a light then looking away but it stayed in the sky. it slowly faded after a while. it’s like you used an airbrush of red in an art program then airbrushed the sky colour inside of that to make an faded oblong ring?
