| Remarks | I’ve seen one bright comet before and there was a visible tail and smoke trail. There was no tail with this one, it was a weirdly bright green light in the sky that appeared as if it was falling. Moving too fast to be a plane. I was below a hill (the hill had trees on top) and it appeared just above the trees, for about 1 maybe 1.5 seconds before disappearing behind the trees and leaving my view. It either appeared from no where or I didn’t see it’s initial path. I don’t know if it was a comet but a reddit thread left this link. |
