Reports Report 1239i (Event 1239-2024)

Observer
Name Brad D
Experience Level 4/5
Remarks It was really big, as big as the moon, of course it was closer, but many times brighter than the moon, brilliant white. I looked northwest and saw it across town. I was in SE Colorado Springs. If it was close it looked to land near the Air Force Base. It was probably farther away, and it may have fallen behing the mountains, which would account for the fireball and the part that fell away to both disappear instantly.
