We heard a boom well before we saw it. Does not seem related to this individual object. Heard likely 20 min before. And then we heard another maybe 10 before. The first one sounded like a transformer blowing up. The second was similar but more muted or further. My friend saw the object as well. It was moving crazy fast and disappeared behind a house blocking our view. Was noticed at night while we had bright outdoor lights on. Lasted even under a second but long enough for two people not looking to notice
